EM Units are the way we assign a relative value (price) to our services and products. The EM Unit price might vary every season. A unit
is not measured by time, but by the process needed for the unit to be completed ( It refers to a process of completion of a level of service possible to be offered/accomplished along a period of time).
The length of this process vary, according to case, unit design, content, theme and the customer. (for example 1 UNIT might be: 1 Session of 45 min; or 1 session of 3-5-9 hours; 3, 5 up to 9 sessions of 45 min up to 3 hours each ).
Our customers receive on advanced a UNIT design, with its length. In order to know the UNIT design
you need to introuduce your self, your project, wishes or needs. How?
with one A4 brief presentation and if possible with a mini video of 3 minutes or voice record of 3 min. It is important you include in the brief presentation information about your self, references if any on hand and a description of your needs, wishes or project. Then you might receive a list of additional questions (if necessary) or an invitation for a first private interview. Along the first interview you might receive: a.) a first session, b.) the development with you of an EM Analsys of the situation and process needed.

   EM Flowers,  
EM Flowers are private gift certificates , transferible and valid only if your name (EMFlower Holder)is associated to them. The EM Flower is valid 9 Months after its activation. In order to activate the EM Flower please contact L. D. Maldonado Fonken.
The value of an EM Flower might vary every season. Please contact L. D. Maldonado Fonken for more information.
EM Flowers can be used for all services and products created and provided by L. D. Maldonado Fonken or any of his companies, according to case and season. Products and services prices need to include a notice regarding the % of their price that can be paid with EM Flowers. % might vary from 1% up to 100%.
L.D. Maldonado Fonken is the only one entitled to choose and validate EM Flowers holders. If you would like to transfer your EM Flower please contact L.D.Maldonado Fonken in order to approve your gift to a third party. If you are not the first Holder of the EM Flower, and only if you are accepted as an EM Flower holder, please add your Name, ID in the backside of this card.
Elements management companies give the EM Flowers as gifts for own customers and network members. Only L.D. Maldonado Fonken decide who, why and when a customer, partner or friend become an EM Flower.
In order to buy services with EM Flowers, you need to contact customer care on advance in order to verify the % of the price you can pay with EM Flowers.

   EM Seeds
are gift certificates you can buy, accumulate, or save, in order to buy elements management companies services or products later (See 4 validity expiration). Notice that not all services can be paid 100% with EM Flowers. In order to buy services with EM Flowers, you need to contact customer care on advance in order to verify the % of the price you can pay with EM Flowers.

   What can you buy with EM Gift Certificates?
EM Gift Certificates can be used for services and products offered in Germany, or online, or in any other official EM Travel Location in Europe. For other countries, not listed as EM Official travel locations (see
www.em-storefront.com). If you wish EM Companies services and products to be offered at your Location, please contact us.

   Do you want a special gift certificate

   Special EM Seeds certificate, and validity expiration date: There is no maximum amount of EM Seeds that need to be bought, there is no limit. The limit you decide yourself. If you buy today EM Seeds, for services you will use many seasons in the future, please let us know, and we will give you a personalized validity date.

    Refund.
There is no refund after you buy an EM Gift Certificate (EM seed).

    VALIDITY EXPIRATION: All EM Gift Certificates (EM Seeds and EM Flowers) are valid for one season more. It means, after the date you bought them or received or activated them, if in sommer, spring, fall or winter, you start counting one season after the immediate season change (solstices – June 21th, December 22th - or equinoxes – March 20th, September 23th). For example if you bought an EM Seed the 20^th of April, the next season change will be the June 21 Solstice, then the validity will expire the next equinox: September 23^th. If you did not use your gift certificate in one season, please contact us to apply for a Validity extension date, or an EM Gift Certificate Transfer. If you do not extent the validity date of your gift certificate, you will loose the right to use them after validity date. Notice that there is no refund for EM Seeds.
